This house has stunning views across the Willamette River and is minutes from downtown Lake Oswego.  Nestled between the beautiful tall trees and with views of Mount Hood from every room  we could see the potential to transform this house into a fantastic elevated family home. Although the house has mid-century vibes the decor was more craftsman in style so our goal was to bring the decor back inline with the house and its surroundings.

The house was completely renovated from top to bottom and another 500 sqft was added to provide a new master suite. Features included  a chef's kitchen, spa master bath, family room and spaces of multiple function for flexible lifestyle and family living. We turned it into an entertainer's dream with open floor plan through living, dining, kitchen out to an impressive covered deck and huge lot all taking in this breathtaking view.
